PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. or Indonesian Tobacco or the Company is a manufacturing company that produces and sells roll your own tobacco (roll-your-own cigarettes, tingwe tobacco, shag tobacco or self-rolled tobacco) in packaging with a custom excise tax stamp, the sales of which in the last seven decades have controlled almost 80% of the national market share in the roll your own industry.<\/p>\n

With a track record of reliable performance, the Company always indulges consumers by prioritizing products with affordable and economical prices, where customer satisfaction in enjoying to smoke roll your own tobacco products is the main priority. In its production, the Company uses national raw materials – superior quality and selected tobacco leaves. The Company sales relies on well-known brands: ‘Pohon Sagu’, ‘Kuda Terbang’, ‘Anggur Kupu’ and ‘Lampion Lilin’ and ‘Manna’ which have accompanied loyal consumers for more than 60 years.<\/p>\n

In the past four decades, the Company has expanded into export sales to Malaysia and Singapore with well-known brands: ‘Pohon Sagu’ and ‘Butterfly’ and in the last decade, the Company has penetrated the roll your own tobacco market in Japan with the famous brand: ‘Papillon’. At the end of 2024, the Company expanded its international sales network and explored the roll your own tobacco market in India.<\/p>\n

As the Company’s commitment to be responsible to its stakeholders, the Company increased the value of its organization and prioritized increasing production capacity, strengthening the capital structure and improving the credibility of internal management performance (the Company has been certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) which is reflected in the improvement of positive performance for 5 (five) years. The Company became a public company and was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Thursday, July 4, 2019 with the stock code ‘ITIC’.<\/p>\n

Legal Entity and Organization<\/strong><\/h2>\n

PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. is a manufacturing business organization in the form of a Limited Liability Company whose ownership is owned by Djonny Saksono as the largest shareholder, namely 90% and 10% ownership by PT Anugerah Investindo, notarized in the Notary Deed Junjung Handoko Limantoro, SH; Number 43 dated May 24, 2016.<\/p>\n
