Indonesian citizen who is currently 58 years old. He completed his undergraduate education and obtained his Bachelor of Economics degree in Accounting from Brawijaya University in 1994. He completed his master’s education and obtained his Master of Accounting degree from Universitas Brawijaya in 2012, and completed his last formal education and obtained his Master of Accounting degree with Assessment Concentration from Universitas Brawijaya in 2016.<\/p>\n
Some of the professional certifications that have been achieved include, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants (IAPI) in 2009, Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Indonesian Accountants Association (IAI) in 2013, State Register of Accountants (RNA) from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia-Center for Financial Professional Development (P2PK) in 2016, Certificate in Tecahing Audit (CTA) from the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants (IAPI) in 2018 and Integrated Tax Training Certification Brevet Tax A & B from the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants (IAPI) in 2021.<\/p>\n
In 2018, he has a Public Accountant Registered Certificate from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for Conventional Bank Services with Number: STTD.AP-306\/PB.122\/2018. In 2019, he has a Public Accountant Registered Certificate from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for Sharia Bank Services with Number: STTD.APS-06\/PB.122\/2019. In 2022, he has a Registered Certificate of Accountant from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 429\/STT\/X\/2021, and in 2022 he has a Registered Certificate of Public Accountant from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the Non-Bank Financial Industry (IKNB) Number: STTD.AP-58\/NB.122\/2022.<\/p>\n
He also has experience in the field of education since 1995 until now. In 1995 until now, he has served as a non-permanent lecturer in several private universities. In 2005 until now, he was part of the teaching team for Professional Accounting Education (PPAk) at the College of Economics (STIE) Malang Ku\u00e7e\u00e7wara Malang. In 2010 until now, he has served as a permanent lecturer at STIE Widyadharma (Al-Rifa’ie) Malang and in 2017 until now, he has served as an Extraordinary Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Brawijaya Malang.<\/p>\n
He served as Independent Commissioner of PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. based on Deed number 3 dated August 3, 2023 and reappointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company based on Deed number 39 dated May 21, 2024.<\/p>\n
He has no affiliation with any member of the Board of Commissioners or the Board of Directors or with the ultimate shareholder of the Company.<\/p>\n
